ProSeed Asia Roadshow: Bringing Together Top Investors and Innovators

The months of June to August seem to be shimmering with opportunities for the APAC crypto community as ProSeed is all set to host its Asia Roadshow. With the first one lined up for Singapore on 20th June 2019, the organizing team is breaking the traditional norms incredibly well.

As most of the conferences continue to focus on creating the buzz, ProSeed has been placing all its efforts to create some real value. “Why should conferences in the crypto space be any different from conventional tech conferences in terms of impact and value?” asks a founding member.

ProSeed believes that such value can only be created when there’s transparent communication with all stakeholders. Instead of bringing together people in great numbers, the meetup is working to bring together relevant and interested stakeholders with no false promises.

The event begins with on-stage pitching by some of the most promising projects in front of a distinguished panel of investors, VCs, private equity holders, and family offices. This is followed by private one-on-one meetings between the projects and investors. The night wraps up with a hearty dinner and unconference-style networking.

“There is so much effort that these projects put in to create something absolutely amazing. It’s their idea, their work, their money. All we want to do is make fundraising as simple as possible for them,” shares another founding member. To achieve the same, ProSeed has been working closely with investment funds to understand their portfolio preferences and checklist.

To support this vision, there are several investment funds from around the globe who have come forward to join the meetup. TechStars, Cocoon Capital, ReApra, Vertex Ventures, and Vantage Capital Partners are just a few of the names that will be adding impact and nurturing the projects at ProSeed.
