GoodR Partners with Truxx for Food Delivery

To expand their food donation service, GoodR is partnering with Truxx.  By working together, GoodR hopes to increase their reach and rescue even more of the 72 million pounds of perfectly edible food wasted annually and get it into the hands of as many of 42 million people who suffer from food instability as possible.

GoodR developed a blockchain food donation service that makes it easy for restaurants and grocery operations to donate food that would otherwise be written off as waste.  By partnering with Truxx, it gives them the agility of a truck-sharing service and also access to a national driver network with over 7000 available from coast-to-coast.  Initially Truxx will be used to fill supply chain logistical gaps, with the intention to expand the partnership into new markets.
