The agreement will see CoinPayments handle the payment processing of all crypto payments through EventChain's ticketing platform come November 3rd, 2018. CoinPayments offers a cloud payment solution, allowing merchants to accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and hundreds of other coins and tokens through their plugins, APIs and point-of-sale (POS) interfaces. Founded in 2013, CoinPayments is a global cryptocurrency payment processor with a reach of over 2,260,000 users across 182 countries.

Alexander Alexandrov, CEO of CoinPayments, comments: "With a rapidly growing Crypto and Blockchain events space, producing hundreds of conferences and summits, we felt that we could offer an essential service to event producers. Through our partnership with EventChain we now have the ability to reach out to that exciting industry."

"CoinPayments is without doubt one of the most versatile payment solutions we provide to event organizers, ensuring the funds from tickets sold can remain as cryptocurrency or exchanged to other fiat currencies at their discretion" said Ashton Addison, Founder of EventChain.

Events offering "Pay with Crypto" will be available online at www.EventChain.io on November 3rd, 2018.
